Eastern Hills Electrical

An electrician 35 kilometres away in the Perth CBD is taking the Mundaring and Kalamunda work off a template page. You've been in the Hills since 1984.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

An electrician 35km away in the Perth CBD is taking your Hills work off a template page

Checked 14 September 2026: Westline Electrical, based at 215 Stirling St in the Perth CBD, ranks for "electrician mundaring" and "electrician kalamunda" off ordinary template pages. Your own website names only one Hills town, Stoneville. Mundaring, Kalamunda, Parkerville, Chidlow and the rest appear nowhere on it. We checked your local competitors too. None of them have suburb pages either. You've been in the Hills since 1984.

What it costs: Someone in Mundaring with a dead hot water system searches "electrician mundaring" and gets a business in the Perth CBD. You're the local, and you're losing that job to a page written by someone who's probably never driven up the hill.

The fix: Build 9 real town pages, one per Hills town, with real local content only a Hills business could write. No local competitor has these pages.

Your phone number can't be tapped, on a site advertising 24 hour availability

Your number, 0417 930 524, appears on your site as plain text, not a tap-to-call link. Your Google listing says Open 24 hours. Your enquiry form has 3 fields: name, email, message. No phone field, no suburb field.

What it costs: Someone in Chidlow with no power at 9pm can't tap the number, has to memorise it and dial manually, or fill in a form that doesn't even ask for their phone number.

The fix: Make the number a real tap-to-call link and add a phone and suburb field to the form. Ten minutes.

42 years in the Hills, and 12 Google reviews

Your Google Business Profile shows 4.7 stars from 12 reviews. Competitors ranking above you for Hills searches show between 38 and 536 reviews. A published list of Perth electricians omits you entirely.

What it costs: Forty two years in one community means thousands of satisfied customers. Twelve of them have left a review, and the review count is the one thing a new customer can actually see.

The fix: Text a review link to every customer before you drive away from the job. Going from 12 to 60 would put you clearly ahead of every local competitor in the Hills.

Your "clients trust us" section is your ABN and licence number jammed together with no spaces

Checked 14 September 2026, the entire content of your "CLIENTS TRUST US" section reads: "ABN 66683868153EC16741". No clients, no logos, no testimonials. Meanwhile a real credential, government contracts with the Department of Justice, Education and Disability Services, is buried mid-paragraph elsewhere on the page.

What it costs: A visitor scrolls to a heading promising they can trust you and finds a string of digits, while the strongest credential on the whole site sits where nobody will read it.

The fix: Put the government departments in that section properly labelled, alongside your licence and ABN written out readably.

The maths

Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris
